Get AI doing real work in your business, not just writing the odd email.

Most owners tried ChatGPT once and stopped. RevenueAnatomy shows you where AI actually gives hours back in your business, sets it up on your own accounts, and helps you keep it working. Start with a hands-on morning workshop, or have your whole business mapped in an AI Tools Assessment.

The 15-minute check is free: we find one place AI could help, and you get one specific tool recommendation afterwards.

The filter we use

Before any AI tool gets near your business, it has to pass one test.

There are thousands of AI tools and most of them are noise. We only recommend something if it does at least one of three things, and we put a number on it using your own figures.

01 · Money

Does it bring money in?

Replying to enquiries faster, following up quotes that went quiet, getting more reviews. Work that turns into revenue.

02 · Time

Does it give hours back?

Email, admin, notes, scheduling, reporting. Hours you can count, handed to a tool that does them the way you would.

03 · Quality

Does it make you better?

Quicker replies, fewer mistakes, a smoother experience for customers. If a tool does none of the three, we tell you to ignore it.

And before anything gets automated, we look at how the job is done today and cut the steps that don't need to be there. Audit, optimise, then automate. Automating a messy process just makes the mess faster.

Live online workshop

Claude Cowork for Business Owners: a hands-on morning.

Three hours, on your own account. You leave with AI connected to your email and calendar and already doing real work, not a slide deck of ideas.

Three short files that teach it your business

Who you are, how you write, and how you like to work.

A morning briefing that runs by itself

AI Tools Assessment

Your whole business mapped: the jobs to hand to AI, and what that's worth.

Ask about an assessment

You keep the plan. Implement it yourself, hand it to anyone you like, or ask us to help.

Implementation partner

Rather someone just got it done?

After an assessment, some owners ask us to put the plan in place with them. Over six months we work through it: the quick wins first, then the bigger projects. Two working sessions a month, build work done between sessions, a reply within a working day when you get stuck, and a monthly report showing the hours and money back against your starting point.

We take on a small number of implementation clients at a time, and only where the assessment shows it's clearly worth it.

Who's behind it

Tools come second.

Dr Anand, founder of RevenueAnatomy

RevenueAnatomy is run by Dr Anand, an AI research scientist. When I started looking at how small businesses use AI, I assumed the answer would be a clever tool. It rarely is. The owners who get real value start by looking honestly at where their week goes, and then pick simple tools that fit the way they already work.

So that's how we work: understand the job first, cut what isn't needed, then hand the rest to AI with you checking the results. If something isn't worth your money, we'll say so.

Questions owners ask

FAQ.

No. If you use email and a web browser, you can do this. Everything is explained in plain English, and there's no code.

A laptop, your email and calendar logins, and a paid Claude plan (Pro or above), because Cowork isn't included in the free plan. We send a short setup guide a few days before. If you can't get set up in time, you can still follow along live and use the replay.

You decide what AI can see, and it asks before it acts. We recommend starting with drafts you approve, never connecting banking or payroll, and keeping sensitive customer or patient information out unless your data protection position allows it. Every tool we recommend comes with a note on how it handles data.

The workshop gets you set up and working on one or two jobs, together with other owners. The assessment looks at your whole business, just for you, and gives you a costed plan for the three to seven changes that matter most.

At the end of the workshop we describe the AI Tools Assessment for anyone who wants their whole business mapped. You don't need it to get full value from the morning. After an assessment, you choose whether to implement the plan yourself or ask for help.

Book anyway and you'll get the replay, or book a free 15-minute AI check and we'll let you know the next date.

Find the hours AI can give back. Then put them to work.
