How RevenueAnatomy handles your information.

Last updated: 15 September 2026

RevenueAnatomy helps UK business owners put AI to work through workshops, AI Tools Assessments and implementation support. This page explains what information we collect, why, and how we use it when you visit the site, book a workshop or call, buy a service, or contact us.

What we collect

How we use it

AI tools

We use AI tools to help analyse call transcripts, research software and prepare reports and videos. We only put in what's needed for the work, we avoid sensitive personal data, and a person checks everything before it reaches you. When we work inside your systems as part of an implementation project, we act on your instructions and agree in writing how your data is handled.

What we do not do

Third-party services

We use trusted providers to run the service, such as our website host, email provider, event ticketing (for example Eventbrite or Luma), Stripe for payments, Calendly for booking calls, video meeting and note-taking tools for calls and workshops, and AI tools for analysis. These providers process information on our behalf as part of delivering the service.

Retention

We keep booking and service information only as long as it's reasonably needed to deliver the service, follow up on your request, keep business records or meet legal obligations. Call recordings are deleted once your report is delivered, usually within 30 days, unless we agree otherwise.

Your choices

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, unsubscribe from marketing at any time, or ask us to delete information we're not required to keep. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
